Rugby Girls

Although almost all of our Girls join the team without any previous Rugby experience, we have trained several who proceed to and/or play at the next level in colleges such as James Madison University, University of Virginia, William & Mary University, Virginia Tech, Old Dominion University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia State University, George Mason University, Northern Virginia Community College, Duke University, Livingstone College, Lindenwood University, etc. AC Girls Rugby welcomes 8th-12th grade Girls of all body types, fitness levels, and experience or game knowledge if they want to join our program. We have a family culture encouraging everyone to look after each other, know secrets (learn about your teammates while sharing your info), and support your sisters on their journey to success.
