Academic Requirements
- Enrolled in 5 classes in the current semester.Â
- 8th graders must be fully enrolled in an ACPS Middle School or K-8 School.
- Passed 5 classes in the previous semester (First Semester 9th graders are exempt).Â
Participation Requirements
- Complete a sports physical. Physicals must be completed on the new VHSL form. To download that form please click here.
- Create a Parent Account in Rank One (if you have not done so already). To access RankOne please click here. (Reminder your student ID on RankOne is the first part of your student email ex. ft32456)
- Upload physicals to RankOne (pg. 3 signed and stamped by doctor’s office). Take photos or upload pdf’s of the first 3 pages of the packet. Complete Emergency Contact Form and Required Acknowledgements through Rank One.
- Once GREEN (all electronic forms and information is approved) you can tryout for a sport or participate in offseason workouts.
VHSL Physical Packet Notes:
- The packet is valid for 14 Months from the date the form is completed by the doctor’s office/clinic.
- Your medical provider must fill out PAGE 3 of the VHSL form, sign it, date it, and STAMP it for the form to be valid.
- Only the first 3 pages of the six-page packet should be uploaded.
- Other forms/exam summaries will NOT be accepted!
- Double check that all signatures and dates are completed (month/day/year). Forms must be filled out in pen (blue and black ink). NO PENCIL! Use clear pictures of PDFs that show each page in full.
