10 members from the Men’s Swim & Dive Team traveled to the Jeff Rouse Aquatics Center to represent Alexandria City High School at the VHSL Class 6 VA State Swim & Dive Championships – one of the nation’s fastest High School Meets.Â
For the first time in 25 years, the Titans brought home an Individual Gold. Junior Phenom Tobias Damico Lassman entered the meet as the #1 Seed in the Men’s 100 Yard Fly and stood alone at the top of the Podium as the fastest in the state winning gold in a new school record with a time of 49.10!Â
