We want to recognize Coach Rodney Hughey, whose impact has completely transformed the trajectory of our football program and, more importantly, the lives of the young men who wear the Titan jersey. He has led our team to one of the best starts in over 30 years—an achievement that speaks not only to strategy and preparation, but to belief, culture, and accountability. Just two seasons ago, this was a team that did not win a single game. Today, under his leadership, our Titans earned six victories and returned to the playoffs. But what makes this coach truly special is the level of personal investment he pours into his program. He runs early morning practices, making sure his players start their day with focus and purpose. His influence also extends beyond varsity football. He has been instrumental in launching our middle school football program—helping us build a true developmental pipeline and ensuring our future Titans grow within a system rooted in strong fundamentals, discipline, and pride.
